Mr. Brian (Kun Soo) LEE is the founder and CEO of Creston Asset Management. He has over 30 years of Global Markets experience in structuring, trading, investment, and distribution. Mr. Lee seeks to grow the firm into one of the global leaders in the credit, real estate, and special situation spaces.
 
Previous to CRESTON, he was CEO at PIM where he oversaw the firm’s Credit. Special Sit., and Real Asset transactions. Prior to PIM, Mr. Lee was an executive member of Global Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Korea and head of Credit Markets at Credit Agricole CIB, where he established a successful capital markets franchise. He got his start in sales and trading of fixed income and derivatives at a local securities firm.
 
Mr. Lee graduated with a B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Sanghoon Lee serves as Managing Director and Investment Professional at Creston Asset Management, bringing over 24 years of expertise in investment management and risk assessment across a diverse range of asset classes, including public equities, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
 
Before joining Creston, Mr. Lee held the position of Chief Risk Officer and Head of the Risk Management Division at IMM Holdings and IMM Private equity, Inc. In this role, he oversaw and managed risk across buyout portfolios, ensuring stable profits while upholding environmental, social and governance responsibilities. He was also responsible for compliance, monitoring portfolio companies’ regulatory adherence and media representation.
 
Prior to IMM Holdings, Mr. Lee served as Chief Investment Officer and Head of the Asset Management Division at KDB Life Insurance Co., Ltd., where he managed approximately USD 18 billion in global and local investment assets. His focus was on optimizing portfolio yields to align with the company's required return levels. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years as an investment manager and portfolio manager at Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
 
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University (2001) and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Cornell University (2009).
